# How to download a Hashtag Report as a PDF file

||| Due to Twitter having discontinued the API required by hashtag reports, we currently can no longer calculate new hashtag reports. All your existing reports are still available.

You can use the downloads below widgets in your reports to get the data you'll need for CRM and other software applications, for automated marketing, etc., but you can also download a report as a .pdf file. 

1. Open a purchased report that you want to download as PDF
2. Press **Ctrl+P**  (on Windows) or **⌘ + P** (on Mac)

2. Change the **Destination** to **Save as PDF**

3. Hit **Save**

Note that if your intention is to share the report, including to people who will not need to register for RiteTag or login, just hit the **Show link** button beside the report you will find from your RiteTag Dashboard - https://app.ritetag.com/hashtag-reports > Twitter Hashtag Reports https://app.ritetag.com/hashtag-reports

**PRO TIP:** When you get the email from us letting you know that your hashtag is ready, and visit RiteTag to get it, you will have the option to make it public. If you wish to link to it in a blog post or social posts, etc., or email it to people, make it public. This way, people can view it - and without registering for RiteTag or any RiteKit products.
